Meet the Founders
Dr. Martin Bloomfield
Martin is an experienced and recognised consultant, teacher trainer, lecturer, and speaker on applied ethics, dyslexia awareness, and neurodiversity-related issues. He has advised governments, delivered keynote presentations around the world, and been at the forefront of Special Educational Needs and inclusion thought leadership since the turn of the millennium.
He has won a commendation for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion for his work from the British Council and participated in the UK’s Centre for Social Justice ‘Dyslexia and the Criminal Justice System’ roundtable. Martin holds a position as a Trustee for the Accessible Learning Foundation, participating in panel discussions on educational initiatives at UNESCO headquarters in Paris. He has also been invited to speak to representatives of the United Nations and serve as a consultant on accessibility for UN White Papers.
Martin is heavily involved in driving Europe-wide projects focusing on neurodiversity and inclusion, and he raises awareness of dyslexia from an intercultural perspective, having created the Dyslexia Map, the world’s most comprehensive map of dyslexia providers worldwide.
He lectures in Digital Ethics and in Ethics and Culture at universities in both Germany and France. He has lectured on Intercultural Perspectives of Special Educational Needs for Teachers in the United Kingdom.
Sanda Tibbles
Sandra is a global education consultant, successful business owner and highly experienced mainstream and special school principal.
She has over 25 years combined teaching and consultancy experience spanning all ages and key stages across local authority maintained, multi academy trust operated, community, and independent schools both in the UK and worldwide.
She is a recognised expert in the field of inclusion and has chaired a global School Principals Summit at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris.
Sandra’s work has aspiration, intrinsic motivation, creativity, efficacy and wellbeing at its core, and she passionately advocates for inclusive practices, applying key principles of neuroscience, and her vast knowledge and experience of leadership, special educational needs, mentoring and inclusion, to meet the needs of all.
Most recently, Sandra has founded specialist schools and alternative provisions within the UK to support and educate children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aligning inspectorate standards with her uncompromising inclusive beliefs.
Sandra has extensive professional and lived experience that she incorporates into her influential and transformative writing, training and consultancy work.
Victoria Raynor
Victoria is a leading global voice in safeguarding and pastoral leadership.
Having had a long and distinguished career in schools and central trust teams, where she was heralded as exemplary by both OFSTED and regional government, she now applies this knowledge and experience as an independent advisor and consultant within the field.
She has advised global safeguarding organisations and international education leaders, working with ministries of education and training, thousands of stakeholders.
Victoria presents both UK-wide and globally. She writes and leads accredited online and in-person training courses, and, as a strategic leader in the field of pastoral care and safeguarding in education, is dedicated to driving change and improving outcomes for children and young people globally.
With almost twenty years of experience, she has developed a deep understanding of the complex contextual challenges involved in education and has honed her skills in implementing effective strategies to address them to maximise the well-being and academic success of all.
Most recently, Victoria has been presenting globally about the impact of AI within the field of safeguarding.
