Prof. Claudia Lemke
Claudia Lemke is Professor of Business Information Systems at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin) and Academic Director of the Master’s in Digital Transformation at the Berlin Professional School.
With over 25 years of experience in research, teaching, and consulting, her work focuses on strategic information management, responsible technology, and the societal impacts of digital transformation.
Her research explores ethical aspects of emerging technologies—particularly AI bias and its effects on neurodivergent individuals—and she is an author, keynote speaker, and designer of an open course on data and algorithm ethics for Germany’s KI-Campus.

Clare Haly
Clare is an experienced educator and speaker with 20 years of teaching and leadership across primary and secondary settings.
She specialises in inclusive teaching, SEND provision, safeguarding, and staff development, bringing a holistic approach to pupil progress and curriculum design.
Clare works nationally with schools, SCITTs, and universities on ITT and ITE curriculum quality, and has published resources to support adaptive teaching and inclusive practice.
She delivers bespoke keynotes and professional development tailored to the needs of a wide range of educational communities.

Dr. David Lamb
Dr David Lamb is a chartered Educational Psychologist with a doctorate in applied educational psychology and co-founder of Applied Psychologies, one of the UK’s largest independent educational psychology services.
Based in the north of England, he lectures at leading universities, delivers keynotes and workshops at conferences, and trains Trusts and schools in ‘Working On What Works’ (WOWW) — an evidence-based, solution-focused approach that promotes inclusion, positive behaviour, and well-being.

Shahira A.Rahman
Shahira is an education consultant with 15 years of experience in special education and early childhood development, currently offering freelance services. She previously served as a Learning/Special Education Consultant for UNICEF Egypt, contributing to a nationwide positive parenting toolkit. As Head of Inclusion at the British International School Madinaty, she led initiatives for students with special educational needs and English language learners. She also designed and taught university-level courses on dyslexia and learning disabilities at the British University in Egypt. With extensive experience training educators, she has managed teacher programs and conducted school inclusivity audits. Shahira holds a Master’s in Special and Inclusive Education from University College London, along with certifications in educational leadership and assessment.
