Solutions Plus Package – £1,750

1-day on-site visit including:

Review of the school attendance policy

Evaluation of compliance with Working Together to Improve School Attendance (DfE statutory guidance, August 2024), identifying strengths and areas for development

Written action plan with tailored recommendations

4 x virtual training and mentoring sessions for key staff, focused on targeted strategies for SA (school attendance) and PA (persistent absence) students

½-day on-site follow-up visit (6–12 weeks later) to monitor progress and refine strategies

Additional Support

Ongoing virtual support with an attendance specialist consultant, including direct work with identified students and families to complete holistic reviews and address barriers to attendance — £95 per hour
